Bengaluru: The department of horticulture and Lalbagh Botanical Garden witnessed 4.5 lakh visitors during the 210th flower show and collected Rs 210.46 crore as revenue from entry fee in the 10-day event. The authorities say this time they expected over 6 lakh visitors however due to rains and fear of getting stuck in traffic, overflowing sewage and bad roads deterred the visitors to come to show.

This year's show was dedicated to Mysuru king Jayachamaraja Wodeyar as this year marks his 100th birth anniversary.
