Congress MLA DK Shivakumar alleged in the Karnataka Assembly on Thursday that one of their MLAs, Shreemant Patil, has been kidnapped. The coalition indulged in heated arguments with the opposition and the Karnataka floor test did not take place today. The Indian Space Research Organisation confirmed today that Chandrayaan-2, India’s second ambitious mission to space, will take place on July 22.
