Bengaluru: The ground floor of a building in Bengaluru's JP Nagar collapsed after developing cracks. The incident took place at Vivekananda Colony near Puttenahalli circle. Sandalwood actor-director Roopa Iyer, through her NGO, launched a campaign called Kshema Abhiyan (healthcare awareness) to aid technicians, character artists, helpers in Kannada film industry and many people in the media, who cannot afford treatment.
