PubliCity: Independence Day 2019 Lalbagh Flower Show will celebrate Mysuru’s legendary king

To commemorate his 100th birth anniversary, authorities at Bengaluru’s Lalbagh have decided to dedicate the Independence Day flower show this year in honour of him
Bengaluru: This Independence Day, the Lalbagh flower show in Bengaluru will be dedicated to Jayachamarajendra Wadiyar to mark his 100th birth anniversary. The authorities are using as many as 13 lakh flowers to create a royal theme at the iconic glass house, during the Independence Day flower show 2019. The flower show at Lalbagh has always been a huge hit. Last year, as many as 5.6 lakh people visited the flower show and this year, the number is set to skyrocket to 6.5 lakh.
