Another lake in Bengaluru is joining the league of Bellandur and Varthur lakes. Harlur lake near Sarjapur is turning into a dump yard, all thanks to sewage water being released into it.
Bengaluru: Harlur lake near Sarjapur has a rich history. But of late, all thanks to the inflow of sewage water, lakhs of fish have died. Residents here point fingers at BBMP and BWSSB, claiming the authorities have let sewage water into the lake, reducing it to a dump yard.
