Bengaluru: A Bengaluru advocate has set an example by taking his family to Mandya to vote during the Lok Sabha elections on Thursday. MV Puttaswamy, the Bengaluru-based advocate and retired National Insurance Company Limited employee left the city at 7 am on Thursday and reached Marigowda Layout in Mandya to cast his vote and also ensured his family takes part in the electoral process. He and his family cast their vote at booth number 165 in Marigowda Layout. Puttaswamy, his son Pavan MV, daughter-in-law Priya, were among the early voters.
