Seven youths arrested for dressing up as ghosts, inflicting fear among people

Bengaluru: A group of seven youths have been arrested for dressing up as ghosts and playing pranks on people, scaring them at night. The group was arrested at 2.30 am on Monday in Yeshwanthpur in Bengaluru, when police were on patrol. The seven accused have been identified as Shawn Mallik (20), Naveed (20), Sajeel Mohammed (21), Mohammed Aqyub (20), Sakeeb (20), Sayed Nabil (20) and Usaf Ahamed. All are residents of RT Nagar and Nagawara in Bengaluru.

The group used to wear white robe, wigs and put on make-up to scare people on the road at night. They even are said to have chased autos, two-wheelers and recorded videos while scaring the people.
