‘No-drone zone’ posters put up around Taj Mahal complex in four languages

 The posters have been put up in English, Hindi, Russian and Chinese so that the maximum number of tourists, both Indian and international, can be made aware of the restrictions around Taj Mahal


Agra: Posters have been put up around the Taj Mahal complex to make people aware that the monument is located in a ‘no-drone zone’ area. The Uttar Pradesh Police took cognisance and put up posters to make foreigners as well as Indian tourists aware of the restrictions in terms of flying drones near the Taj Mahal. 

Additional SP of Agra, Botre Rohan Pramod, said, We have received complaints that tourists use drones to capture top view of Taj Mahal.” Police took the action in the wake of incidents of drones being spotted in the no-flying zone around the Taj Mahal.  The posters have been put up in English, Hindi, Russian and Chinese so that the maximum number of tourists, both Indian and international, can be made aware of the restrictions.
