Kerala serial murder: All 3 accused to be produced before court today

Kozhikode: Three accused in the Kerala serial murder case will be produced before the Thamarassery Judicial Magistrate court today (October 10). The key accused Jolly Joseph and her accomplice MS Mathew and Prajikumar will be brought before the court.

The court will hear the custody application of the accused submitted by the police. It will also see the bail plea submitted by second accused MS Mathew. Police have sought 11 days of custody of the accused for further interrogation.

The accused would be taken for evidence collection only after preliminary questioning. If the court grants custody, then the Crime Branch would begin the second phase of the investigation.
