Husband of Hyderabad woman requests Centre to rescue her from Jeddah

Hyderabad: In yet another case of human trafficking, the husband of a woman who was trafficked to Saudi Arabia on the pretext of a job, has requested the Government of India to rescue her. Laxmaiah, a resident of Hyderabad, claimed that his wife Shanta was human trafficked to Jeddah in Saudi Arabia in December 2018 by a local agent, who promised her a job in Dubai. He said, “I request the Indian government to rescue my wife.”
