Former Bigg Boss Kannada contestant under CCB net for procuring drugs

In continuation of crackdown on drugs and drug peddlers, the CCB police raided Bigg Boss season 4's contestant and sandalwood producer Mastan Chandru's house.

The police had arrested a Nigerian national from Bengaluru East limits and based on his revelation about Chandru's role in drugs supply, the police took court permission for search and raid at Chandru's house this morning.

It is said Chandru had regularly procured drugs for parties from the arrested drug peddler.

Chandru organises big events like fashion shows and also identifies himself as film producer and also has links with a number of Sandalwood stars.

The CCB last year had made series or arrested including sandalwood stars Ragini Dwivedi and Sanjanna Galrani in this connection and are currently out on bail.

The police are probing further to know whether all the stars in contact with Chandru also have any role in either drug consumption or it's circulation.
