Angry Muslim youth attacks guard on duty for stopping him from entering without a mask

A simple instruction of following coronavirus norms led to commotion between a Muslim youth and a guard at a Reliance Mart in Bengaluru

Bengaluru: To fight against the deadly coronavirus, social distancing norms, hand sanitisers and masks have become a basic requisite. While shops and outlets have made wearing masks and sanitising hands before entering mandatory, a youth attacked a guard who stopped him from entering without a mask and created ruckus.

The incident happened at a Reliance Mart in Bengaluru. The guard asked the Muslim youth not to enter the shop without a mask and this angered the youth. Along with his friends, the youth attacked the guard with a helmet. However, few people outside the place protected the guard and started bashing the youth and his friends.
