[EXCLUSIVE] Abhishek Banerjee talks about working with Taapsee Pannu, in Rashmi Rocket

Abhishek Banerjee is soaring high after the success of Rashmi Rocket. During an exclusive interview with Asianet News, Abhishek Banerjee opened up about playing a human activist lawyer in Rashmi Rocket and his work experience with Taapsee Pannu and Priyanshu Painyuli. The actor essays the role of a human rights lawyer named Eeshit Mehta. Check out the video to know further.

To talk about the movie, the actor has come a long way. From doing a small role in Aamir Khan's movie Rang De Basanti, Pitchers to Rashmi Rocket; he has raised the bar with every role. 2021 has been very special for the actor as he has also done projects like Ajeeb Daastaan, Helmet Ankahi Kahaniyan. 

As per reports, the actor will also be doing Telugu cinema opposite Anand Deverakonda and Manasa Radhakrishnan. Apart from being an actor, Abhishek is also a casting director. He has his own casting agency named Casting Bay with his buddy Anmol Ahuja where they cast actors in advertisements, movies as well as in web shows.

The actor was a part of Kirori Mal college's dramatics club named The Players. He had handled the casting for a number of varied content which had made the actor what he was today. He has always blown the minds of the audiences with his stellar acting and consistency.

Rashmi Rocket has given the actor some great feedback and his work has also been appreciated. The film is very special for the actor. Abhishek has carved a niche for himself in the entertainment industry with his comic roles. His timing, dialogue delivery will make you laugh in all situations. However, the actor's versatility in doing roles is winning hearts.

On the work front, he has four projects in his pipeline that includes Aankh Micholi, Dostana 2, a project that is not announced Bhediya where he will be seen essaying the role from his 2018 movie Stree.
