Karnataka: COVID-19 patient dies in hospital; family torches ambulance

Belagavi: The family members of a COVID-19 victim set an ambulance on fire in Karnataka's Belagavi, on Wednesday evening (July 22). A COVID patient died at BIMS Hospital in Belagavi. Following this, family members of the deceased were angry and soon burnt down the ambulance and pelted stones at the hospital premises. Police immediately rushed to the spot and brought the situation under control. They have arrested three persons in connection with the case, and the investigation is on.
