COVID-19 lockdown violation: Koppal Police make public wear jute sacks as punishment
To teach those roaming the streets during lockdown a lesson, Koppal Police have come up with an idea. Taking advantage of the scorching heat of summer, police made lockdown violators wear jute sacks as clothes and appeal to other members of the public.
As a punishment for lockdown rule violators, Koppal Police have struck upon an idea. To teach a lesson to those roaming the streets without any valid reason and those not wearing masks, police have made violators wear jute sacks as clothes.
The idea was conceptualised by circle inspector of Koppal, Mounesh Patil, as the public refused to mend their ways.
The idea is now gaining much publicity among police from North Karnataka region.
