Punjab Elections

Exit polls will give a glimpse of what may be expected later on the counting day. 

“The Congress party will form government with 2/3rd majority in Punjab,” said CM Charanjit Singh Channi, at Kharar.

Sonu Sood was attempting to enter a polling station, according to Moga District PRO Pradbhdeep Singh, "During this time, his automobile was impounded, and he was sent home. If he leaves his residence, he will face the consequences."  

The former CM also said that his party is performing well and positive reports coming from the ground.

Sidhu said that in the polls, on one side are the 'mafias' of Captain Amarinder Singh and Prakash Singh Badal's families, who have 'licked Punjab like termites' for their gains, and on the other are those who love the state and want to reform the system.  

Malvika said, "I've put forth a lot of effort to improve people's lives. We've done a lot of good in the community. I don't believe any other candidate has done as much community service."

Sohan Singh and Mohan Singh, often known as Sohna-Mohna, celebrated their 18th birthday last year. After the Election Commission agreed to count them as two voters, they were granted two voter ID cards.

Voting is underway in 117 seats across 23 districts of Punjab in the single phase of Assembly elections on Sunday. The Assembly elections results will be revealed on March 10.

"Today is the third phase of the Punjab elections, as well as the third phase of the UP elections. I urge everyone who is eligible to vote today to do so in huge numbers, especially young people and first-time voters," PM Modi stated this in a tweet.

The Chief Minister told reporters in this city, "I've come to pray for everyone's and Punjab's well-being. During the campaign, the party's leadership was in place. We've made every effort, but it'll now be up to the will of the almighty and the people."
