UK Chancellor of the Exchequer Rishi Sunak was seen lighting earthen lamps outside Number 11 residece in Lodon's Downing Street, marking the festival of Diwali. Some claimed that this was the first time that such a spectacle had been witnessed on Downing Street. British Prime Minister Boris Joshnson stays next door at 10, Downing Street.
