Chahan Dam in Pakistan's Rawalpindi collapsed following 16 hours of non-stop monsoon rain. It plunged the twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad into chaos. Streets turned into rivers, Nullah Leh swelled to 21 feet, and homes were submerged. A high flood alert remains as the Met Dept warns of more rain ahead.
