An undated video Bharatiya Kisan Union's Haryana chief Gurnam Singh Chadhuni from weeks before the tractor march in which he is clearly heard saying that government had been warned about the January 26 protest march and that farmers had been told to come with their tractors are break through the barricades.

"Let the government do what it wants to do, be it lathicharge or open fire, but January 26 will be a final match of sorts. Whatever happens on that day, the responsibility of that will lie on the government," he is heard saying.
