Bengaluru: In a shocking incident, a metal object (probably, a metal cover of a grenade) was found at Sangolli Rayanna Raiway Station in Bengaluru. It was found next to the tracks where Sanghamitra Express (train to Patna) travels.

Meanwhile, ADGP Alok Mohan rushed to the spot and took stock of the situation.

Speaking to reporters, Alok Mohan said, "Shell-like substance was found on the railway track. We are trying out to find precisely what it is. The railway station is safe, and everything is normal."

Speaking to Newsable, police commissioner T Suneel Kumar said: “It is a dummy object. There is no need to worry.”
