Bengaluru: Karnataka BJP president BS Yeddyurappa said that chief minister HD Kumaraswamy should resign and allow the formation of new government as the government does not enjoy majority in the state Assembly. Speaking about the whip, former chief minister Yeddyurappa said threatening of whip will not work on 15 rebel MLAs as Supreme Court has said that it is their discretion to decide if they want to attend the Assembly or not.
