VVIP abuse: YSRCP leader slaps toll booth staffer, breaks barricade

In a shocking display of power abuse, a YSRCP leader slapped a toll booth operator reportedly for blocking her car in Andhra Pradesh's Guntur district.

Video has emerged that shows how Vaddera Corporation chairman Devalla Revathi physically assaulting and intimidating the toll booth staffer before speeding away from the spot.

Devalla Revathi, the floor leader of Guntur Zilla Parishad, can also be seen forcibly pulling down the barricade in what seems like a dedicate lane for two wheelers. It is not clear why the toll booth operator stopped her car. 

Even as both sides blaming each other for the incident, the police said it is investigating whether Devalla Revathi is entitled to privileges like siren.
