This 8-year-old’s grit, determination will leave you surprised, inspiring you to build a six-pack

Pooja has built six packs abs just at the age of 8 and her dream is to bring India a gold medal at the Olympics. Sponsored by Virat Kohli foundation, Pooja has been practicing running for 8 hours a day and she urges women and girls to become strong so that no one takes advantage of them.
 

Jodhpur: With sky-soaring confidence in the mind, no challenge can be big or small and moreover, this confidence can help one achieve their goals. Age is just a number and this little girl has proved it right. 8-year-old Pooja Vishnoi, a resident of Guda Vishnoi in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, works hard day and night to fulfil her dream of winning a gold medal for India in the Olympic track event. Waking up at 3 am in the morning, she practices running for 8 hours a day. Pooja Vishnoi has also grabbed headlines for her six pack abs at the age of just 8. She participates in international marathons at a very young age. Her coach and maternal uncle Shravan Gudiya claims that she is the first youngest girl to sport a six pack abs in the country. Pooja’s father Ashok Vishnoi is a farmer and mother Mima Devi is a homemaker. Pooja holds the record for running 10 km marathon in 48 minutes. Pooja wakes up at 3 am and runs till 7 am, later attends school till 4 pm and then starts practicing again till 8pm.

Pooja's uncle and coach wanted to become an international athlete, but his injury cut short his dreams. However, he now wants his niece Pooja to fulfil his unfulfilled dream. Virat Kohli foundation has been taking care and funding Pooja to chase her dreams of winning gold for the country at the Olympics. Virat Kohli Foundation has bought a flat for Pooja Bishnoi in Jodhpur, where she can practice more when compared to the space in her village.
