Eight years after his report was prepared, Anwar Manipaddy is relieved man. His 7,000-page report, which blew the lid off a mammoth Rs 2.3 lakh crore misappropriation and swindling of Waqf Board land involving many Congress and former JD-S politicians, has finally been tabled in the Karnataka assembly.

In his report, which was accessed exclusively by Asianet Newsable, Manipaddy mentions names of big Congress leaders and many other IAS, IPS and KAS officers.
