'Sex for favours' scandal: Activist Dinesh Kallahalli seeks police protection, messages Ramanagara SP

In a fresh development in sex for job racket involving BJP leader Ramesh Jarkiholi and a woman in a compromising position, the complainant Dinesh Kallahalli has sought Ramanagara Police protection.

As per the reports, Dinesh who first shared the controversial video and also filed a complaint against Jarkiholi demanding an inquiry, alleged he is getting threat calls from unknown people and now fears for life.

He hence has not got out his Ramanagara residence and has left a text message seeking police protection from SP S Girish.

Speaking to media Girish said, he also replied to Dinesh saying he should register his complaint with jurisdictional police.

Dinesh Kallahalli had earlier released a video of Congress HY Meti who was the excise minister in Siddaramaiah-led government. Following the sex gate, Siddaramaiah sacked Meti. Visibly upset Siddaramaiah was heard using expletives then against Meti before sacking him.

Now, Dinesh who thanked CM BS Yediyurappa for sacking Jarkiholi, alleged that he is facing life threats after the controversial video of Jarkiholi with a young woman in compromising position went viral.
