Rains breathe life into 500-year-old lake gifted by Mysuru royals

Heavy rains in Karnataka over the last few days resulted in flooding in many parts of the state. However, for villagers in Nelamangala’s Devarahosahalli, the 169-acre lake in the middle of four hillocks is brimming. The lake that was dry in the last four years has reached a scary level.
