Punjab Police arrest 2 LeT terrorists in Pathankot; seize huge cache of arms, ammunition

Pathankot: The Punjab Police on Friday (June 12) produced two Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) terrorists to court who were arrested on Thursday after foiling an attempt to smuggle arms and ammunition into Kashmir to carry out terror attacks. Ten hand grenades along with one AK-47 rifle, two magazines and 60 live cartridges were seized from the two, identified as Aamir Hussain Wani (26) and Wasim Hassan Wani (27), both residents of Shopian, police said.
