KEAM entrance exam: 2 Kerala students, who wrote exam, test positive for COVID-19
Students who appeared for KEAM entrance examination in Thiruvananthapuram have been confirmed as COVID-19 positive
Thiruvananthapuram: Two students, who appeared for the KEAM (Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical) entrance examination in Kerala’s capital Thiruvananthapuram, have tested positive for the coronavirus (COVID-19). The test results of the students came on Monday (July 20). One student from Karakulam had written the entrance exam in Karamana and the other, a Pozhiyoor native, appeared for the exam in Thycaud.
The student from Karakulam had symptoms so he wrote the exam in isolation. The other person didn't have any symptoms and wrote the exam along with other students. The authorities are tracing who all came in contact with the student and will be asked to go under quarantine.
