Bengaluru: With just four days left for Karnataka by-polls, Congress’s Shivajinagar candidate Rizwan Arshad said that he is confident of winning and will no longer believe or depend on JD(S) for support.
Speaking to Asianet Newsable, Rizwan said that though it was former Congress leader Roshan Baig's bastion, the residents of Shivajinagar would identify his works and would bless him with their votes.
