ISRO scientist found dead in apartment in Hyderabad

S Suresh, an ISRO scientist was found dead in his apartment in Hyderabad. He was allegedly killed by unknown assailants when he was home alone. 

Hyderabad: A scientist associated with Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) was found dead with head injuries at his residence in Telangana’s Hyderabad. S Suresh is believed to have been killed by unknown persons.

Suresh did not report to the office on Tuesday and his colleagues called him on his mobile number but there was no response either. His colleagues then alerted his wife Indira who works in Chennai. 

She and other family members rushed to Hyderabad and broke open the apartment only to find Suresh dead. 

Police suspect that he was hit on the head with some heavy object resulting in his death. The body was shifted for autopsy.

Police clues team gathered clues from the scene. Senior police officials visited the scene.

They said they were scanning the CCTV footage of the apartment complex to probe the case.
