Head constable shot dead son in Uttar Pradesh’s Gorakhpur

Gorakhpur (Uttar Pradesh): A head constable has shot dead his son in Uttar Pradesh’s Gorakhpur on October 24. The incident took place at the Chauri-Chaura police station in Gorakhpur. While speaking to ANI, Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) of Gorakhpur Sumit Shukla said, “He had an altercation with his son during which a shot was fired and his son died on the spot.” He further stated that the perpetrator was apprehended and his licensed weapon has been seized.
