Coronavirus: Karnataka borders sealed, inter-state buses stopped, MLA instructs people to follow guidelines

Bengaluru: Amidst coronavirus outbreak, Karnataka government has imposed complete lockdown in 9 districts to contain the spread of the infection. With section 144 imposed, the police are keeping a strict vigil and have sealed off all borders. People have been commuting and hence police at Kolar, Chintamani and Hosakote are sending them back and restricting vehicular movement. Hosakote MLA Sharath Bache Gowda was seen at the spot inspecting and instructing people to follow the guidelines and rules laid by the state government. Tamil Nadu buses and Karnataka buses were stopped from entering either states.
