BMTC strike: Passengers travelling to Bengaluru International Airport severely impacted

Passengers planning to take BMTC special bus service to reach work for some special flights have to think twice as BMTC employees are on a strike and buses are off the roads.

Hundreds of buses from various parts of the city ply between Bengaluru International Airport in Devanahalli. Since few have already been taken by surprise and faced inconvenience, it is better to arrange own transportation.

The BMTC Employees' Union launched a strike demanding regularisation of services. Despite an appeal from CM, the leaders refused to go back to work.
