Indian skipper Virat Kohli would be looking to lead his side to glory in the upcoming five-Test series for the Pataudi Trophy against England, starting August 4. Ahead of the same, Kohli is keeping himself fit with some intense workout sessions.

When it comes to Indian skipper Virat Kohli, everyone knows that he is one of the fittest cricketers on the planet, as he barely gets injured. While most of his fitness mantra is his strict diet, a lot depends on his workout as well.

In the first video, Kohli is seen performing partial weightlifting to his chest. As for the second video, he performs the one-legged squat, with a foot in front and the other rested on a tyre behind. He captioned the video using "🏋️🏋️‍♂️" emojis.
