After spotting him, villagers in Karnataka’s Ballari suspected that he may have been part of the Jamaat and immediately alerted the police.
The cops arrested the man for violating quarantine rules.
The person had recently returned from Miraj, Maharashtra, and was staying at Kappagal village. The official, after his entry into the village, had ordered him to remain home quarantined.
