COVID-19: Nurse keeps herself away from daughter; teary-eyed 3-year-old pays her a visit
Intense emotions were witnessed at a government hospital in Belagavi after a three-year-old girl arrived to visit her mother. The mother, a staff nurse, has been in the isolation ward for the last four days and has been away from the girl.

Amidst the 21-day lockdown due to coronavirus, staff nurse Sugandha Korikoppa attached to BIMS hospital was stuck in the isolation ward looking after 7 patients and had not returned home for four days.
Her daughter, Aishwarya, who wanted to see her mother, pestered her father to take her to her mother. Upon arriving at BIMS hospital both mother and daughter waved at each other from a distance and were in tears. The girl who asked her mother to return home made the nurse cry and express her helplessness.
