Ballari: All 80 Bengaluru riots accused test negative for COVID-19

Ballari (Karnataka): All the 80 Bengaluru violence accused have tested negative for the coronavirus (COVID 19) and will be housed in different cells in Ballari. The accused were taken to jail from Bengaluru late night on Thursday (August 13) and reached Ballari's central prison at 6:15 am on Friday. Police took the accused in two KSRTC buses. The decision was taken to shift to Ballari from Bengaluru to avoid any further violence in Bengaluru east.
