Andhra Pradesh: Coronavirus patients waiting at home for 3 days for ambulance; seek help on WhatsApp

Anantapur: A family of five members has tested positive for the coronavirus (COVID-19) and is awaiting authorities’ help to reach a hospital in Andhra Pradesh’s Anantapur. According to sources, when the test results came, the hospital authorities said that the ambulance will come to their home and take the family to hospital.

But for the past three days, the family hasn't received any help from the authorities. They have been waiting for the ambulance to arrive. The incident came to light after the family recorded a WhatsApp video requesting the authorities to take them to hospital. They also said the neighbours are also not helping them.
