Attention SSLC students, you can be asked to deboard the bus and may miss your exam if you fail to heed to conditions of the BMTC, which has arranged free transport for students to examination centres or transit points. Along with admit cards, the students should not fail to wear a face mask while travelling.

The decision to transport SSLC students free of cost for six days to write their exam was taken following a meeting by education minister, transport minister and concerned authorities on Thursday.

BMTC has a big challenge to ensure students’ safety amidst the coronavirus scare. According to authorities, apart from carrying their admit card, students must carry face masks and maintain social distance. In case a student is found without mask or shows symptoms of fever and uneasiness, he or she will not be allowed to board the bus.
