Union Budget 2021: Real estate sector suggests key demands

As real estate sector stablises economy to certain extent in metro cities, top builder from Bengaluru, Silverline Group Chairman and Founder President of Bengalore Realtors Association India, Farook Mahmood hopes some good package from Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman in Union budget this time. 

He suggests that government work on revising stamp duty charges, reduction on GST and grant industry status to real estate sector as it employees lakhs of workers. 

This apart, as many home buyers or those who have already bought banking on monthly income have been hit or lost jobs, reduction of home loan rates and interest on it will give breather to both home buyers as well as realtors.
