The BBMP's legal cell’s failure has resulted in MLA NA Haris's firm Nalapad group bagging a prime land in Bengaluru. The High Court granted conditional bail to Mohammed Nalapad, son of Shanthinagar MLA NA Haris after 116 days of stay in the Central Jail in Bengaluru. Nalapad is accused of assaulting a businessman's son Vidwath at the Farzi Cafe in Bengaluru on February 17.

The bail plea of MLA NA Haris's son Mohammed Nalapad has been rejected by the 63rd Sessions Court and he will have to continue his stay in the Central jail in Bengaluru.

It has been exactly two months since Mohammed Nalapad, son of Shanthinagar MLA NA Haris assaulted a businessman Vidwath at Farzi Cafe in Bengaluru. Despite a number of pleas, Nalapad has again been given 14 days judicial custody. Vidwath has been discharged and is recovering, but why Nalapad is still being kept in jail? Is this a part of a political conspiracy or rather a calculated move?
