Why there are different rules for different states, asks Congress leader Mallikarjun Kharge

The Leader of the Opposition, Mallikarjun Kharge joined the Congress and JD(S) leaders staging a protest against Yeddyurappa's swearing-in and Governor's decision to invite BJP to form the government. Congress and JD(S) is staging protest in front of the Vidhana Soudha. Mallaikarjun Kharge questioned the chance given to the BJP to form the government in Goa (despite not being the single largest party but having the majority with coalition). But when we ask permission with the same module the Governor resents it and even the Supreme Court says the single largest party can be invited to form the government. Currently, Congress-JD(S) alliance has more numbers than simple majority needs. Watch the video here
