Congress MLA's men caught distributing money in exchange for supporters in Bidar

In an attempt to gather supporters and gain publicity, MLA and Congress candidate from North Bidar, Rahim Khan's men have been found distributing money to people.Two of his subordinates who were caught distributing Rs. 500 notes to people now have a case booked against them by the election officers.
