Anand Singh and Pratap Gowda will vote for Congress: DK Shivakumar

Congress MLA from Kanakapur, DK Shivakumar said that both 'missing' MLAs now spotted outside Gold Finch Hotel will take oath and vote  on behalf of Congress. He said he was confident of getting the majority. Anand Singh and Pratap Gowda Patil were alleged of kept in captivity by BJP MLA Somashekhar  Reddy, who also has not taken the oath.
