The 24 Gunta land at survey no 572/6 at Malavalli village, Mandya district, actually belonged to one Dundamma through Gift Deed. However, the land is yet to be registered in her name. But , now the land has been registered in Nanjundaswamy’s mother’s name Sarojamma. It has been alleged that Nanjundaswamy allegedly misused his office, forged signature and got the land registered in Sarojamma's name, reports Suvarna News.

Meanwhile, Nanjundswamy's cousin - uncle's son - had lodged an objection to the tahsildar that the land should not be registered in Sarojamma’s name claiming that there were no documents to support the claim.
