It cannot be denied that one of our biggest challenges this year was building immunity. From kadha to juices and to green tea, what all did we not include in our diet just to keep the infections at bay.

Now, with the sudden shift in season, we stand at a crucial juncture yet again. The nippy weather is definitely pleasant but it also brings along the risk of seasonal ailments we are well too aware of (cold, cough, flu).
