The minister stated that if a BJP alliance government is established in the state, it will deal strongly with the issue of narcotics. He added when the BJP would form the government in Punjab; they would open Narcotics Control Bureau branch offices in four cities.

"Aam Aadmi Party has come from RSS... AAP officials declare they are ideologically more connected to BJP than BJP leaders," Priyanka Gandhi stated during a public event in Kotkapura.

The AAP chief predicted that his party would receive 52% of the vote in Chamkaur, while Channi would receive 35%. According to the study, AAP will receive 48% of the vote in Bhadaur, while Channi will receive 30%.
