Chhattisgarh election 2023: These 13 constituencies are set to witness intense political battles between the Congress and BJP, making them crucial in the Chhattisgarh assembly elections.

Chhattisgarh Election 2023: PM Modi said, "It is the track record of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) that we do what we say. Chhattisgarh was formed by the BJP and I give you a guarantee that BJP will shape Chhattisgarh."

BJP leader Vasundhara Raje, who is often seen as an aspirant to the chief minister's post in Rajasthan, said she felt she could retire now - linking the remark to her MP-son's progress as a people's representative.

The Bharatiya Janata Party’s manifesto for the Chhattisgarh assembly polls was launched by Union Home Minister Amit Shah in Raipur on Friday.  The first phase, covering 20 seats, is set for November 7, 2023, while the remaining 70 seats will be contested on November 17.

As the election fervor escalates, Asaduddin Owaisi has urged the people to support AIMIM candidates in the constituencies they contest. He also emphasized the significance of voting for the Bahujan Republican Socialist Party (BRS) in the remaining seats.

The YSR Telangana Party (YSRTP) chief YS Sharmila said she will not contest the November 30 Assembly polls in Telangana and has decided to support the Congress. Addressing a press briefing here, the YSRTP chief said she has decided to extend her support to the Congress to prevent a split of votes in the polls that might benefit Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao.  

Addressing AAP supporters in poll-bound Madhya Pradesh, Arvind Kejriwal said that he was not sure whether he would be in jail or out when the Assembly election results will be declared.  Despite skipping a summons from a probe agency, Kejriwal took to the streets with a spirited message for the people of the region.
