Thiruvananthapuram: Several restaurants in Thiruvananthapuram have found a way to ditch single-use plastic. They are opting for traditional method of serving food on banana leaves. For take-away also, restaurants package food in leaves. Restaurateurs have taken the initiative ahead of government’s plan to ban single-use plastic.
