Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday launched a scathing attack on the Congress and the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam over A Raja's offensive remarks against Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Edapaddi K Palaniswami's mother.
Addressing a rally in poll-bound Puducherry, Prime Minister Modi said: "NDA has its development agenda. On the other hand, Congress and the DMK have their own dynasty agenda. the speeches of their leaders have nothing positive to offer. they hardly talk about their own vision or work. all they do is demean others and spread lies."
"Congress and DMK have launched their outdated 2G missile. This 2G missile has one clear target -- the women of Tamil Nadu. A few days back, this missile was launched by the UPA with a clear order -- attack the 'Nari Shakti' of Tamil Nadu. I want to tell the Congress and DMK, please control your leaders. The people will never tolerate insult to the people of the state."
